The Donation/Request Guidelines
We would first like to make it known that these guidelines came about after months of watching stats and hearing complaints from all TH levels. From TH8 & TH9s the biggest complaint heard with donations is that they never have the maxed troops to fill a request. And from TH10 & TH11s it was never having enough resources to raid and do upgrades quickly from making all the donations.
So here is our answer to the problem of donations for both the lower level THs and higher THs. Before we begin, we do want to ask that everyone start checking profiles and war lists BEFORE making a donation. If you see someone breaking these guidelines DO NOT fill their request. Especially after they have received a warning from a co-leader.
Now, let us begin by explaining what a 2:1 ratio means in this game...
A 2:1 ratio means you have to maintain a specified number gap between your donations and your requests. This ratio is done in 100s never 1000s. In simplified terms, you must never have a greater than 200 gap between your donations and your requests. So if you have 400 requests you have to have at least 200 donations etc.
If you do have a gap larger than 200+ (or the permitted gap tolerance - see rank perks) here is what will happen:
At a 500 gap, you get a warning to up your donations.
At a 700 gap, you get a second warning to up your donations and may get a number of how many donations will need to be made before requesting again.
At a 1000+ gap you get a final warning and will not be allowed to request until you make the specified amount of donations first. If this warning is ignored:
If your rank is member you will be immediately kicked.
If you are rank of co-leader/elder you will be demoted and continued disregard will result in your removal.
Those kicked for leeching will NOT be allowed back into the clan.
So word to the wise: If you always donate more than you request, you will always be safe.
Rank perks for donations:
When members reach 3000+ donations the 200 gap tolerance will become a 500 gap tolerance.
When Elders reach 3500+ donations the 200 gap tolerance will become a 700 gap tolerance.
When Cos and Leader reach 4000+ donations the 200 gap tolerance will become a 1000 gap tolerance.
Please Note: For those who reach 3000+ donations you will need to limit your donations so those who have low numbered donations can have a chance to donate. This does not mean you need to stop donating or requesting, it just means you need to slow it down and wait at least 15-30mins to allow others a chance to donate. If no one makes a donation by that timeframe, then by all means fill the request.
The rules for requesting and donating:
The golden rule of donating within our clan must ALWAYS BE OBSERVED!
Whatever is requested, MUST BE DONATED.
For War Requests:
ALL DARK ELIXIR troop requests are for WAR ATTACKS AND WAR BASES ONLY.
Please note: These troops can be gifted for Regular Raids, but that is up to the one making the donation, NEVER to the one requesting.
These are the most expensive troops and take the most resources to make. This rule is enforced so that those with dark troops may be able to retain resources for upgrades in their heroes and also base defenses.
For regular raid requests:
You can ONLY make general troop requests by using one of the Four terms below:
Air - any level flying troop
Ground - any level ground troop
Defense - any level strong ground or air troop
Offense - any level strong air or ground troop
Please remember that we are a high level clan and that no one is lower than a level 8 TH. All troops donated are two levels higher than what you may have at the time of donation.
List for Defense Troops- (any level)
Pekka
Dragon
Baby Dragon
Dark Troop (Gifted Only)
List for Offense Troops- (any level)
Pekka
Dragon
Baby Dragon
Dark Troops (Gifted Only)
This is done so those who are TH8 & TH 9 have a better chance donating and to help TH10 & TH11 stop feeling like a bottomless troop ATM. We want donating to be an equal opportunity not a burden for the higher ranked members. Those who donate can donate any level of ATTACKING troops (This means no donating useless troops in bulk. Like a group of goblins - doing so is a sure way to get kicked).
Regarding spell donations:
Maxed spell requests are for WAR ATTACKS ONLY.
Spells can be donated by spell name, not by spell level. Meaning, you can still request a quake spell, but you cannot request a maxed quake spell. You can be gifted a maxed spell if the one donating wants to give you one.
Time limit for filling requests:
Any valid war request made, MUST BE FILLED FIRST AND A.S.A.P!
We ask all members to do their best to fill all requests as soon as possible, which is often made difficult by the difference in time zones. But please try not to let a request go unfilled for longer than 45 minutes. To those requesting, remember all members have lives and obligations and cannot be online all the time. Waiting for donations is normal during the late evening hours of North America. (midnight-6am)
If a request has not been filled within 45minutes, check to see if anyone is online. If no answer comes, try another time. If there is a response, the one who responds MUST FILL THE REQUEST.
If you do not have the troops that have been requested, say so and offer troops you can donate. If the one requesting says no to your offer, then do not donate. They will have to wait. Remember! Never donate troops that are NOT requested or approved by the one making the request, doing so will get you kicked.
